Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1	Your Canada's Capital cruise commences with boarding in historic Kingston, Ontario. If possible, plan to arrive in Kingston early and spend some time in this splendid community.
Day 2	We're weighing anchor to wander leisurely through the famous beautiful 1000 Islands past Millionaires' Row en route to visit one of the islands. Millionaires' Row was once the playground of the rich and famous from the turn-of-the-century.
Day 3	When was the last time you were in a horse-drawn wagon? After breakfast, horse-drawn wagons will be waiting to take us to Upper Canada Village. When you pass through the gate into the Village, you will be stepping back into the past.
Day 4	To arrive in Montreal in time for our guided motorcoach tour of the city it's an early morning departure. As we re-enter the International Seaway, we'll continue to encounter a series of locks namely, the Beauharnois, Ste. Catherine and St. Lambert Locks.
Day 5	This morning we'll depart bright and early bound for the Ottawa River. We are scheduled to enter the locks at Ste. Anne de Bellevue, commencing our voyage along the Ottawa River. The Ottawa River was first explored by Samuel de Champlain in 1613 and is the largest tributary of the St. Lawrence River.
Day 6	Good morning! This morning we're off to Cumberland where we will tour the Cumberland Township Museum. This historic village is committed to preserving the rich architectural heritage of another time period—the early 1900's.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1	Your Canada's Capital cruise commences with boarding in Hull Quebec (just across the river from Ottawa). If possible, plan to arrive in Ottawa early and spend some time in our capital city.
Day 2	Good morning. This morning buses will take us to the Cumberland Township Museum where we will tour an historic village committed to preserving the rich architectural heritage of the early 1900's. Among other things, you'll see the oldest surviving example of an original Imperial Oil Station. This afternoon we'll tour Omega Park where you will have the opportunity to see many of Canada's wild animals in a natural setting.
Day 3	Today we are bound for Lachine a quaint borough of Montreal. Before we exit the Ottawa River, a few words: The Ottawa River was first explored by Samuel de Champlain in 1613 and is the largest tributary of the St. Lawrence River. The total length of this river is 790 statute miles with a total drop of no less than 1,100 feet.
Day 4	En route to Upper Canada Village we will pass through a series of four International Seaway locks and you're sure to encounter some large lakers and ocean-going "salties" that are always ready and willing to greet you with a blast of those great ship's horns. There are seven locks in the St. Lawrence River; five in Canada and two in the United States.
Day 5	Our horse-drawn wagons will return from Upper Canada Village to the ship for lunch and our departure bound for Prescott, Ontario where we'll tour historic Fort Wellington, originally built during the war of 1812 and later reconstructed as a result of the Upper Canada Rebellion in 1837-8.
Day 6	Good morning! It's another early departure this time bound for a leisurely amble through the 1000 Islands. After cruising Millionaires' Row, the ship is scheduled to arrive at Rockport where a bus will be waiting to take you to the 1000 Islands Skydeck.
