We offer a variety of options for those with special dietary needs, and complimentary beverages throughout the voyage.

All meals feature open seating in our elegantly appointed main dining room or more casual alternative venue. Either makes a marvelous backdrop for mouthwatering regional repasts skillfully crafted with detail to attention. Each meal is served with a heaping helping of friendly attention from our experienced staff. Take in the view and a plateful of culinary culture, along with free-flowing beverages throughout the voyage.

Special dining events pepper the journey, from internationally themed afternoon teas to a special brunch and hearty barbecue buffet. TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance, which is available for coverage of expenses in conjunction with cancellation due to illness or accident. Baggage insurance is also recommended. In the event that you must cancel your participation in a travel program, trip cancellation insurance may be the only source of reimbursement.

DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT

For confirmation of individual reservations, a deposit of $500 per person is due within three (3) days of your initial reservation for non-promotional fares on voyages nine (9) days or less. A deposit of $1,000 per person is due within three (3) days of your initial reservation for non-promotional fares on voyages greater than nine (9) days. The balance of the voyage fare is due one hundred twenty (120) days prior to sail date, and all reservations not fully paid at such time will be canceled and subject to the cancellation provisions set forth in the cancellation policy below. Carrier accepts the following forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diner’s Club, American Express and check. Reservations made one hundred twenty (120) days or less prior to the sail date will require payment in full at the time of booking.

PASSPORTS & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

All passengers are required to have valid passports. Visas may be required for certain ports visited. Without the proper documentation, passenger may not be able to disembark in certain ports of call. Obtaining all travel documents such as passports, visas, proof of citizenship, etc., required for disembarkation at various ports of call are the responsibility of the passenger. Passengers will not be allowed to cruise without proper documentation and no refund of cruise fare will be issued to any passenger failing to bring such documentation. Passports must be valid six months after the final date of the cruise.

 
CANCELLATION & Change Policy

Guests who must cancel or change their voyage or any part of their vacation package for any reason, including medical or family reasons, are subject to a fee as outlined below. All fares are based on double occupancy; on reservations in which one guest cancels, the remaining guest is responsible for paying any and all single supplements. Please see the Travel Protection section for details on cancellation protection. Carrier reserves the right to cancel all reservations for which final payment is not received one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the sail date. All cancellations or changes are subject to a $250-per-person administrative fee per cruise and/or per segment if a multiplecruise booking.

Gratuities will be automatically charged to your onboard account at a rate of $16.50 per person per day for 2020 voyages.

 
Handicap Accessible Rooms

Ships are equipped with handicap-accessible rooms. Most ships’ lounges and dining salons are accessible by wheelchairs or other walking-aid devices, there may be certain physical conditions, including raised doorway thresholds from 2 to 16 inches, stairways and narrow passageways within the vessel, that may limit or preclude the accessibility of wheelchair-bound guests to some areas. The ships are also equipped with an elevator for ease of movement between decks.

ITINERARIES AND SAILINGS

The cruise line does not guarantee departure point, termination point or any intermediate stop. Itineraries, schedules and ships are always subject to change at any time without notice due to weather conditions, availability of docks, shoaling, ships or any other reason. The times of departure and arrival, and the points of departure and arrival, as well as intermediate stops, are subject to change. Should the company for any reason terminate a cruise early, a prorated refund for the cancelled portion of the cruise will constitute full liquidated damages to the passengers.

 

Safety Features

Ships are equipped with the latest safety, navigating and communications systems, including defibrillators and oxygen. Most systems on the ships are equipped with backup equipment for safety and convenience.​

Health and Disability Requirements

Guest must notify Carrier in writing at the time of booking of any physical or mental illness, disability or other conditions for which special accommodations or the use of a wheelchair is necessary or contemplated. Also, Carrier must be notified of any medical treatment that may render Guest unfit for travel or constitute a  risk or danger to Guest or anyone else on board. The vessels carry a medical doctor on board. Acute medical conditions will require you to disembark to be attended to by shoreside emergency and/or medical response, and you are advised that, due to the nature of travel by water, emergency medical evacuation may be delayed or impossible. Guests needing any form of assistance and those who are physically disabled must be accompanied by someone who will take full responsibility for any needed assistance during the cruise and in the event of an emergency. Carrier reserves the right to refuse passage to anyone who, in our sole opinion, may affect the health, safety, or enjoyment of other guests. Guests requiring a wheelchair must provide their own collapsible wheelchair. Please be aware that some ports of call, shore excursions, docks, gangways and other requirements may preclude a wheelchair-bound guest from leaving the vessel; that decision will be made by the ship’s captain, and is binding. Also, there may be certain physical conditions, including raised doorway thresholds from 2 to 16 inches, stairways and narrow passageways within the vessel, that may limit or preclude the accessibility of wheelchair-bound guests to some areas. Carrier recommends that Guest purchase travel protection.
